This page is one of a series of manuscript leaves inserted in the original host volume. This one features a Credo, which is one of several added to the book. This insertion is marked by a tab sewn to the folio. The page was chosen because of its original initial "P" which begains the "Patrem omnipotentem factorem." The original chant was scraped away and replaced by the lyric and melody of the Credo so it would connect with the rest of the Credo on the following pages.
